vector self portrait

This is my original image that I modified.  In this image I took a normal RGB selfie and took the image into photoshop.  With this image I changed the saturation and hue.  I chose a strong saturation with a purple hue and also chose a strong contrast to add vibrance to my image.

This image is named Portrait 01.  It was my first image in which i used in Adobe Illustrator.  I changed this image from raster to vector.  In this process, I changed the image trace and got to play with the different options in Adobe.  Raster is another word for color, where as vector is where you are able to see and manipulate the lines of color.

This image is named Portrait 02.  It was my second image in which i used in Adobe Illustrator.  I changed this image from raster to vector.  In this process, I changed the image trace and got to play with the different options in Adobe.  When playing with this image, it changed to vector and became very bright. Only certain spots of black are shown but white is the dominate color.

This image is named Portrait 03.  It was my third image in which i used in Adobe Illustrator.  I changed this image from raster to vector.  In this process, I changed the image trace and got to play with the different options in Adobe.  This image after changing it to vector, became very dark instantly, making it to where only certain spots of white are shown.

In this image I used the option to fill my image in certain points. I also used the option to reshape and distort my image.  I chose a section of my face and moved in down into my body.  I chose a section at the top of the image to fill.

In this image I went from my last image which I distorted and filled, and stretched a certain part of the image. You can easily see a difference in the red area because I stretched the section that I filled.

In this image i chose the liquify setting. In this setting came a list of different options of which you could choose from to distort the image to your liking.  In this image i used the forward warp tool. This tool dragged certain points of my photo and extended them in the direction i dragged the mouse.

In this image, also using liquify, I chose the bloat tool. Using this tool you can exaggerate the point you click on in the image and it will expanded that specific point and make it look bigger and funnier.

In this image I used the pucker tool, also in liquify. This tool allow you to select specific points in your image and shrink them down to give a pucker effect.

In this image I used the clone tool. With the clone tool i selected the eye of my image by holing down option so it know what i want to select, and i dragged the selection to my forehead and clicked to release it.
